Our cheeses are either formulated or hand-picked, by our team of culinary experts, for their startling flavors and for their ability to harmoniously blend with other foods, be it gourmet or comfort. We employed the use of storied cheese-making techniques in crafting the flavors, textures, and creaminess of our savory cheeses and although scale no longer allows us to produce in-house, we spare no expense to ensure that close attention is paid to the quality of each batch from start to finish. Our cheese is crafted from proprietary ingredients and the best milk on the market, offering a truly exquisite flavor profile.
A Word from Our Founder
Bobby Spade is a graduate of Scottsdale Culinary Institute with a lifelong love for food that feels familiar but refuses to be ordinary. Queso Kings was built from that idea: take something almost everyone understands, like a grilled cheese sandwich, and give it more care, more flavor, and more presence. The goal is not to make grilled cheese fancy just for the sake of it. The goal is to make it better by starting with the best ingredients. A sandwich that still feels warm, simple, and comforting, but has enough depth to belong at a winery, a brewery, a private party, or a pop-up event where people came expecting something worth remembering.
For Bobby, food has always been part of a larger creative life. Kitchens, coffee, design, cars, film, and hospitality all come from the same place: the belief that ordinary things can carry real beauty when they are made with attention. Queso Kings is one expression of that belief. It is comfort food handled with skill, humor, and enough boldness to make people come back for another bite. These are not little novelty sandwiches. They are full, generous, cheese-forward builds made for people who still believe simple food can be done seriously without losing its soul.
